Before studying at The Game Assembly, I spent a few years in indie development mainly focusing on pixel art, making music for other indie developers and making prototypes for games and tools with my brother, who is a programmer.
During my time at The Game Assembly I made a total of 7 games (at the time of writing). Every project lasted 6-10 weeks half-time (4 hours a day), and the groups consisted of 10-15 developers from the other disciplines (Programming, Technical Artist, Animation and Level Design).
Every project was split into Pre-prod, Alpha, Beta and Gold, and we always used SCRUM to plan our time.
